Our Guest Speaker comes to us from
the Strategic Traffic Operations of the Winnipeg Police Service.
Cst. Ray Howes
has been assigned to the
Photo Enforcement Section
for the past two years.
Prior to that, he utilized his vast number of training courses
as a police instructor since 2006, instructing on:
radar & laser speed timing devices; photo radar systems;
Evidentiary Breath Technician; as well as
assorted traffic and accident investigations.
