  • Organizing and coordinating meetings
  • Disseminating all meeting materials and maintenance of master files
  • Maintains meeting records and attendance information
  • Provides administrative and cross-function support

Treasurer
  • Oversees the finances of the chapter
  • Performs regular internal audits of the chapter's books
  • Reports on the finance's at regular executive meetings

Membership Chairperson
  • Oversees the dissemination of Chapter information to new members
  • Ensures all new members are included in the Chapter information distribution list
  • Maintains the Chapter member spreadsheet
